I recently hired Heinz HVAC & Plumbing to replace the old furnace in my garage. Thanks to Chris for coming out and talking to me about replacing my old furnace with a new RUDD upflow furnace & taking time to tell me the history of Heinz HVAC & Plumbing family. Thanks to all who helped with the installation Matt & Corey & the gentleman who helped with the ductwork ( I didn’t get his name) Thank you for taking the time to talk with me about the installation and the craftsmanship you did.

Jeff showed up after hours. He talked us through the whole process. He was fast, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. He saved us several hundred dollars and made the experience less of a headache.

My central air went out 8p.m. on a Saturday night, Corey was here in an hour, this was after calling another company first that didn't even answer their emergency line and didn't return my call until the next day, and I live right across the street from them! I won't call anyone else but Heinz from now on.

Matt and Daniel absolutely outdid themselves today! After dealing with a sewage backup for the past four days, I was honestly a nervous wreck. I only wish I had called them FIRST instead of the 6 other companies I tried getting out here! They quickly cleared the blockage and identified the issue as tree roots in our main line. They gave us a great, honest quote for replacing the main line and installing a new cleanout. More than anything, I really appreciated how patient, kind, and understanding they were. They took the time to answer every one of my questions and never once made me feel like I was being a bother. It’s rare to come across people who are not only knowledgeable and professional but genuinely compassionate toward their customers. Matt and Daniel were exactly that. I called them with an emergency and they were at my house in less than an hour and we are 20 minutes away.. I had a water line to bust and was flooding my basement. Note this was an after hours incident plus it happened on a holiday weekend. So yes it was expensive. But well worth the price not to lose my furnace, central air and water heater!! The technician was nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and stopped the water leak within minutes. Will call them again and highly recommend!!
